Pludov (ludovic pollet) wrote the current AI recently. He is probably the
best person to talk to. However he is moving house for a new job, and will
be unavailable till January. However it is likely you can do what your want
to do.

If you really do have CVS, by following the steps on the website, then in the
"contrib" directory there is a file called msvc.zip
Archive: msvc.zip
testing: startool.dsp OK
testing: stratagus.dsp OK
testing: stratagus.dsw OK
testing: wartool.dsp OK
testing: war1tool.dsp OK
No errors detected in compressed data of msvc.zip.
It has the project files in it.
However the libraries you require are not in cvs. You may already have them.
There are a couple of MSVC developers, so I can get the libraries off them if
required.
Usually somebody is in #stratagus on irc.freenode.net
So if you have question, you can drop in there, or e-mail.
