Summary:  Missing files in win32 binaries

Original Submission:  I tried both the linux and win32 versions today, i 
downloaded the linux source and win32 binaries on 8th of october. The linux 
version was fine, but the win32 package was missing a few (script) files. I 
know for sure that siod.ccl was missing and also a few other script files. This 
was fixed by copying the linux scripts dir over the win32 one. So, its a minor 
packaging bug, should be easy to fix
