Well, one never knows.  If Microsoft buys Brailcom, this may eventually happen.
<laughing aloud>  Up to now, you will not find a single byte licenced by 
Brailcom to a
closed source licence.  Anyway, I understand the concern and I believe it is 
addressed
sufficiently by the current license.  Anyone can fork the project at any point 
before
the license would be changed.
