Hi Andrei,
This patch introduces a compiler warning, because PACKAGE and VERSION
are also defined in server/Makefile.am.
These aren't needed, and the fix is to simply remove -DPACKAGE=... and
-DVERSION=... from AM_CPPFLAGS.  I can make this change, or you can make
it and resend the patch.
