Connection refused

since i updated to the cvs version and modified the sendmail timeout parameters
i get NO ``timeout before data read'' anymore...

but another error msg appears now:

Jun 17 14:48:18 enterprise2 spamc[27808]: [ID 702911 mail.error] 
connect(AF_UNIX) to
        spamd /var/run/mail-spamassassin.sock failed: Connection refused

it looks like a spamassassin problem to me (no spamass-milter problem).
but maybe someone on this list knows a solution...
