It is often the last key which is made up of a real key and UIDs of
another key. I figured that out when I added the external key search
feature to gpgme. If you look at the latest KDE Kleopatra from SVN you
will always see tehse bodus user ids.
It is not a GPG bug - I checked the network traffic. Happens with all
SKS servers.
