There has been some work on cleaning up the eXosip2 api bindings in
sipwitch and antisipate.  This lead to releasing sipwitch 1.7.0.

I am also adopting libruli to do srv lookups of sip services.
Interestingly, while libruli is in Debian (stable), it is not presently
packaged in fedora.

Antisipate now has some cli utilities starting with sip-ping.  Some of
the rest will be introduced to test and debug specific facilities of
sipwitch.  In particular I plan to make and use sip-selfinvite to
validate registration and sdp rewrites as we work on sipwitch media
packet reflection for nat support and auto-network detection.
