I need to also add that we now locally build sipwitch on wheezy with
libexosip2 4.0.  These are also in our wheezy archive as a backport, and
will also co-exist with libexosip2 3.x that may already be installed,
such as used by linphone, etc.  Sipwitch can also still be built against
libexosip2 3.x.  We are migrating to libexosip2 4 to integrate support
of concurrent sip protocol instances (tcp, udp, and tls) that libexosip2
(4.0 and later) now supports through contexts.
