Follow-up Comment #1:

Hello William,

Thank you for submitting a project for hosting on GNU Savannah.

To host project on GNU Savannah, it must comply with these requirements:
https://savannah.gnu.org/register/requirements.php
http://savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/HowToGetYourProjectApprovedQuickly/

To continue with the submission, I would like to point the following:

1. The file you've uploaded does not contain any source files - it is only the
project's configuration file (SLN file).
Please upload all the source code files for the project to continue.

2. Project hosted on GNU Savannah must be able to work on Free operation
systems (in addition to optionally working on non-free operation systems).
Guessing from the file you've provided (a Microsoft Visual Studio File), it
seems the project
is to be build on Windows using Microsoft Visual Studio.
Please ensure the project can also be used (and built) on Free operation
systems.

3. I'm not familiar with ONVIF-IP, but a cursory search seems to indicate this
is an "industry standard" or a protocol.
Projects hosted on GNU Savannah must not use non-free formats (and by proxy, I
would assume non-free protocols).
Please ensure the project is indeed free (not patent-limited or restricted in
other ways),
and does not use non-free formats (e.g. H.264).

Regards,
 - Assaf
