Follow-up Comment #4, task #10694 (project administration):

Thanks Alex for review.
I made these changes: 
1. Added license header to setup.py
2. Added missing LICENSE.txt to pyquery
3. License Headers at bottom of TODO, README.(I refered autoconf project to
this)
4. Pyquery is included with source. so can't call it as dependency. But I got
your point - documentation. Yes we will do that.

I did not made a new release for this changes in pypi. The tarball with
updated files is available here:
http://gitorious.org/pypdflib/pypdflib/archive-tarball/master

I hope there are not much changes required. Even if there is _minor_ changes,
can't we do it after the project got a git repository in savannah?
