Hi again,

I am reviewing your submission on behalf of Savannah. Again, sorry for the
delay.

There are a few issues with your submission:
* Some files are lacking the license header, such as README, TODO or
setup.py. It is required on every copyrighteable file (as a rule of thumb,
anything over 10 lines).
* The files in samples/wiki2pdf/pyquery/ seem to point to a LICENSE.TXT file
which is not distributed in your package.
* You have not listed the dependencies correctly, such as the already
mentioned pyquery.

Sorry if we seem to be fastidious, but these issues might bring trouble
somewhere down the line for redistributors. Could you provide an updated
tarball so we can continue with the review process? Thanks!
