[Savannah-help-public] ~list/bin renamed?

I see ~list/bin was renamed to ~list/bin-disabled on lists.gnu.org.
Anyone know what the story is?  I was using ~list/bin/mail-if-nonempty
to avoid useless cron messages, while getting useful ones.

The other two scripts there were just little things I wrote for
convenience, not invoked automatically anywhere.
