I just figured out the trouble. Things should be ok during the next
cronjob.

The backend script (that I plan to rewrite in November well I'll be at
CERN) still refers to an old field from the database, a field that is 
already removed from the development branch of Savannah.

This field is not updated when a project move from non-GNU to GNU by
the software, as it is a deprecated field. But the problem is simple:
the backend forget to add the webmasters in the web group of this
project, because of this outdated field.

I'll fix the script nongnu2gnu, set appropriately the field for the
project where a trouble occured, and anyway I think we'll get rid of
all that deprecated fields soon, in November.
