It certainly wouldn't be too difficult to configure fencepost to use a
seprate aliases file for whatever domain we're going to use for the
savannah stuff.  I suppose the compelling reason to do a seprate
mailman installation is just that doing so would make it easy to have
web pages that are seprate listing the lists in the two different
domains.

We've got some spare IP addresses if people want another IP address on
fencepost to use for just the savannah stuff.  (We could probably even
add one IP on fencepost for mailing list management for savannah, and
another for bug tracking for savannah.)
