I would love the opportunity to support GNU with my time.  I believe it
is important for such a well-respected organization as GNU to be as
grammatically correct and spelling-bug-free as possible, especially when
people who speak english as a second (or third!) language are involved in
GNU efforts.  Also, in order to retain the GNU's level of professionalism,
a finer-toothed comb could be used to pick the bugs out of the
documentation.

Pardon my sick metaphor, but please take my offer to help seriously.  I
would be honored to proofread/help webmaster the GNU web site.

I've actually thought of wrapping ispell in a script (maybe in python?)
that spell checks the DocumentRoot directory downward, but have yet to
play with this idea.  It would only find spelling mistakes anyway, so for
the time being, human intervention will remain part of the proofreading
process.
