OK.  If I understand it well, the only task there directly related to
GNATS itself is the task 14 -- "hooks into gnats to read kerberos
databases".  I know basically nothing about Kerberos, so I'm afraid I
won't be able to help you with this directly.  Nevertheless if someone
cooperated on this with me, I'd be glad to integrate the changes into
GNATS.

BTW, do you plan to use GNATS 3.113 or to experiment with the
development version?
