Well...  You were the Pilot In Command!  And therefore "the person who
has final authority and responsibility for the operation and safety of
the aircraft" according to 14 CFR 91.3.  :-)

You are using a case insensitive file system?  Wow.  That is quite
brave of you!

I am using a full Unix-like file system.  It respects filename case.
So that isn't the problem here.  But for you then yes that would
explain how two files were mapped on top of the same name.  That would
be confusing to svn diff and other things.
