I'm not entirely sure what you mean here.  Can I do this in the web
interface, e.g., the "Rank on screen" box in bugs>configure>select
fields>somefield, or is it some other value?

Updating them all in the database seems like a good idea.  I know that
I, at least, just took all the defaults at the time.  I certainly don't
have strong feelings about the definitions.

Would it be easier to define color indexes for the old >100 values?
Just an idle thought ...
