[Savannah-dev] migration process

The migration seems to be successful, here are the subversions.gnu.org
server ChangeLog information related to that migration:

        * Debian upgrade bsdutils debianutils mount util-linux console-data
        nano procmail zlib1g-dev zlib1g liblocale-gettext-perl
        util-linux-locales zlib1
        * Migration step by step:
                - shutdown cron daemon
                - shutdown httpd access (403 customized message)
                - dump of the original database
                - update copy of the cvs
                - clean /usr/local/savannah/bin/sv_*
                - update /etc/savannah/*conf/*
                - update /etc/savannah/*content/*
                - update temporaire database, create savannah database
                - configure group types
                - check the 23 specific groups
                - reactivate public access
                - fix cvs page information
                TODO- try the backend and reactivate cron
        
        * libterm-readkey-perl apt-got.
