Summary:  project admin page denies access

On my login page I see a list of my projects like this:
Iface [admin] remove

The <admin> link points to:
https://savannah.gnu.org/project/admin/?group_id=2743

I get this error message:
Error - Insufficient Group Access
   You do not have permission to view this page.

I am sure I am logged in.  I am clicking from my login page.  Besides, this bug 
report page recognises me.

Hum, did you check the box "login in also at savannah.nongnu.org"? It looks 
like you are logged in only at "savannah.gnu.org".
