Summary: Patches attached to bugs have wrong MIME type

Original Submission: When people attach a patch to a bug report, and I click
on it, my browser doesn't know what to do with it because the MIME type is "PHP
Script" (that's not really the MIME type, I'm sure, but that's what my browser
reports). It would be better if the MIME type was "text/plain" or similar.

As an example, look at the attachment to this bug:

https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?func=detailbug&bug_id=3018&group_id=71

Thanks!

Hi; the mime type of the attachments now appears to be
"application/octet-string". While this is much better than PHP script, it
still seems to me that "text/plain" is a better MIME type for patches. It also
allows my browser to display them directly, rather than having to write them to
disk then look at them. Thoughts?

I think it is already on-line (it is working as expected for me.

Should be fixed (in CVS), now waiting for someone to update the working version
on subversions.gnu.org (patch attached for information).
