As of today, situation is exactly reverse: solution to the Pingback
client problem has been found and is expected to be included in the
upcoming Ruby 1.8.1 release, while the CSS bug still persists.
Also, a major bug in multimedia upload implementation is found and
fixed: it wasn't possible to publish uploads outside of web server
document root (e.g. in $HOME/public_html).
Thus, CSS bug remains the only showstopper holding RC2 so far.
