[rdiff-backup-users] Rdiff-backup 1.2.7 & 1.3.2 released

Rdiff-backup users,

Another month, another release. Many thanks to everyone who's  
contributed bug reports and fixes. These releases include a fix for  
Windows -> Linux generating unnecessary increment files.
