I can't imagine there's any point in posting the other copy if they have
the same md5sum.  The problem could just be a quirk of librsync+the
file, or it could be exacerbated by weirdness in the file system, such
as NTFS Alternate Data Streams.  If it's the former, one copy is enough.
 If the latter, that info will be lost when going over HTTP anyway.
