Fork OVMF, drop the fat module, and just add GPL code. It's an easily
solvable problem.
Rewriting BSD implementations of everything is silly. Every other
vendor that uses TianoCore has a proprietary fork. Maintaining a GPL
fork seems just as reasonable.
