This will break BSD build. With this change fenv.h would always
be included. You should change it to something like:
#if defined(_BSD) && !defined(_SOLARIS)
#include <ieeefp.h>
#else
#include <fenv.h>
#endif

I think it should be #ifndef _BSD. The patch that makes it work on BSD
is not it the tree yet.
