Where did you find it ?
GRAPH, CGRAPH are among the functions not implemented and are not listed in the command index :-(

A intermediate solution could be the easy exportation of results to gnumeric, 
or Libreoffice.

If not I support this idea a,d add
- scatter plot with a non-numerical grouping variable
        such as age by income gy gender.
