I've already implemented CSV and tab-delimited output. It is
under review right now.

I think that this bug also means to talk about the merge commands
you mention, although it actually references a nonexistent
"MERGE" command.
AGGREGATE is already available.

Unfortunately adding menu items is usually a bit of a pain, but
it's still good to know what our users would like.
