Guys,

Ok. Something is very weird on the Savannah homepage:

Try this:

enter the Savannah Homepage, (don't log in). Search for the Protux
project page. Click on the Files Item in the Public Area section of the
page.

Then click on the link that reads
http://savannah.nongnu.org/download/protux.

Now, once there, if you click on the protux-0.14.11-src.tar.gz you get
the all familiar forbidden error message. But if you click on the
protux-0.15.5.tar.gz, you can download it!!!

So the problem is not with the actual permission of the homepage, but
some difference that exists between the packages. . . . Weird!!!!
