Please do report problems such as when files are missing,
but please do not send the reports to address@hidden
Many of the people on this list do not want to get a lot of mail.

Instead, send your message to the people who requested the
proofreading--in this case, address@hidden and/or me.

Likewise, if you would like to ask for the manual to be available in
another format, ask Eli and me, not address@hidden

By the way, some people have asked what program to use to read
.texi files.  You could use Texinfo to format them into a DVI file,
but there's no need to do that.  .texi files are source files.
You can read them directly in your favorite editor.  That is what
I would do.
