hi,

You have several options.  You can grab a daily snapshot the phpgw
stable code cvs from:
http://hactar.free-source.com/~phpgw/phpgroupware-stable.tar.gz

Alternative you can use port 443 ... that shouldn't be blocked.  See
https://savannah.gnu.org/cvs/?group=phpgroupware at the bottom is a note
on beating firewalls :)
