[Phpgroupware-developers] release schedule - amendment

Hi all,

After some discussion it was felt that we need an extra week to get
review and merge patches for the API as well as knocking off some rough
edges before the 0.9.17.900 tech preview release is prepared.

Please be aware that when this is released, it will be designed for devs
to play with the new frozen api and port their apps.  It will have some
ugly debugging options enabled by default to help with this process.  

More news on this next week.
