Yes.  I did an update on version 0.9.14.007.  Then installed version
0.9.16.000 in a new directory.  I shutdown MySQL and copied the old data to a
new folder and fired it up again so I'm working with a copy.

I just walked through this again.  When I clicked on the "Upgrade" button I
got a blank screen.  I forgot this happened the first time too.

PHP 4.3.3
MySQL 3.23.56
Apache 1.3.29
Client is Mozilla 1.6
