ok, I am really confussed ... who created this layout and why are you suggesting this is a "non-free" layout. Did you see it used somewhere else before ? If so where ... explain this to me, please.

Sorry Chris,

i don't be here to solve the problems from phpgw. Ask please your api
coordinator. Maybe he remember. He was involved when we port it. When we
port it, we told him also, that we must change some things. The reasons
was, that it wasn't free at all. Maybe he forget it, but this is not my
problem to solve his problems.

what's gradients? To me a gradient is a pattern that fades from one color to
another, seems like something that would be trivial to recreate, and very
difficult
to license.

I don't speak about the files. I spoke about the gradients as example !

I have looked at iDots and I don't see what you are talking about. All the
files
there with title blocks say GPL and the README makes no mention of non-free
code.

I wounder,

how it will be possible that you as GNU project use NON FREE parts in
your CD ? Do you take a look at the phpgroupware IDOTS template ?

The gradients as example are published under a non free license.
Dave Hall know this. He was involved when the IDOTS template was ported
to phpGW. Why you don't replace the non free parts, when you every time
so proud to use only free software (GPL based)
