Hi all,

The Coordination Team held their first meeting over the weekend.  The
minutes of the meeting will be published on the website soon.  Until
then, here is a copy.

Present: ajmitch, ceb, powerstat, seek3r, skwashd, ||cw and a bot
Apologies: gugux

Project Charter
The need for the development as outlined in the restructure document was
discussed.
Action: skwashd to publish his first draft to allow discussion within the CT

Job Descriptions
The job descriptions for each CT member will be discussed at the next
meeting.  These descriptions will be published on the website once
finalised and agreed
Action: Each coordinator to draft a description for their role and place
it on the CT section of the forum for discussion before the next meeting.

New Contributors
The following people will be added as project contributors:
fips - folders
powerstat - documentation
lars - tts
HappyMarkus - sync
weaky and Sv0rd - filemanager
ilia - forums
fixe - assisting sponsored development

ceb was appointed to fill the sponsored development role vacany on the
CT until October 2004.

Action: These people be contacted off list and given details of 
expectations, responsibilities and access information.


Access to Project Infrastructure
Once docs.phpgroupware.org is up and running using sitemgr and contains
the official project documentation, the wiki at
docs.phpgroupware.org/wiki will be opened up to public posting.

Action:
* skwashd to finish getting docs.phpgroupware.org up and running
* powerstat to monitor and moderate public posting on the wiki

Server
The project will soon have a network of demos.

All contributors will be given <nick>@phpgroupware.org email addresses
or mail forwarding.  These will be issued soon.

The phpgroupware domains will be transfered to the FSF once the mail has
been moved to the new box.

Action:
* skwashd to finish scripts for demos
* skwashd and seek3r to work together on moving the mail to the gnu box
* seek3r to transfer the domain to the FSF

Next Meeting
The next meeting will be held at 2200 on 25-Oct, with the following
agenda items already flagged:
* Update on status of action items.
* Marketting
* HEAD API

All coordinators are expected to attend.
