As the PDF Reference exist today it is like a dictionary, only a partial reference that does not tell one how to use it to draw content together. Postscript has two other books that tell how to use it.

The same applies to PRC even more (in case of U3D one can read the sample code).

We will eventually need to face this issue, but right now we not specific plans for the 3D implementation.
