  [rotorcraft arming] fix USE_KILL_SWITCH_FOR_MOTOR_ARMING
* also reset in_flight to false, when going into kill mode
* when turing motors off, go back to correct waiting state in KILL_SWITCH and 
THROTTLE arming state machines
