I think it isn't the same. Why ? Because I suspect my ISP to limit the
bandwidth on a ip based rule. So, as I'm connecting directly (4 real
connections) and via my relay (4 more connections), my ISP only see 2
clients, with 4 allowed connections, not a single client with 8
connections.

You would have to make sure that you don't create more connections than
is allowed by your provider.
