[Openvortex-dev] Bugfix Patch applied.

Hi,

I applied the bugfixes i mentioned while ago. I hope that CVS merged
all of Jeff's changes in (it sayd so at least). A far as i can tell, ti 
should
be OK.

THis bug fixes should:

-Eliminate distortion
-Fix Noise at play start or end.

Still not fixed:

Periodic Clicks at low bitrates (8 bit 11KHz for example. The lower 
bitrate, more click).
These click accur at the (period size)*(period count) boundaries. Looks 
a sample
is left out or somewhat like that.
