Details:

For the final evaluation of SOCIS 2013. These features has been included in
this patch:
* one step integrators: ode12, ode23, ode45, forward Euler, backwar Euler
* geometric integrators: RATTLE, spectral variational integrators, symplectic
Euler, Stormer-Verlet, velocity-Verlet
* utilities:
** odeget, odeset with fuzzy string comparison and MATLAB compatible options
** initial time step estimate
** inexact Newton method
** Kahan summation algorithm

Everything has been tested with Octave 3.6.4 and 3.8.0.
