Thes definitely sound like worthwhile ideas. Do you want to start
adding them to the wiki? Perhaps a new section, "Suggestions for
discussion" or something like that:

A code sprint to clean up the bug tracker sounds like a good plan. It
makes a world of a difference to work face-to-face, even if we're all
staring at our laptops.
