Follow-up Comment #10, bug #54245 (project octave):
Done testing John D.'s patch. I do see that qtimageformats.mk has a different
format. In addition qt5.mk looks like it uses a lot of funny features as
well. I re-wrote qtimageformats.mk not to use subst, and then commented out
the FILE and URL in qt5.mk, but it is still failing.
