Follow-up Comment #24, bug #54078 (project octave):

I posted this issue to the discussion list and the missing title bar continues
out to Qt 5.11.  That fact more than likely means this is not a Qt problem. 
Also, for the record the tester found that the attached patch did not resolve
anything.

So, I'll keep thinking about this one.

Nonetheless, it may be a good idea to implement shortcuts via drop down menu
that was discussed in Comment #21 to Comment #23.  Dock/Undock/Hide/Show
shortcuts seems a convenient thing to have.
