Follow-up Comment #32, bug #54078 (project octave):
On my new windows build, I see the doc/close widget with this patch applied.
Both normally and when undocked.
And double clicking on the dock widget part of the titlebar will dock and
undock it.
I think the only missing thing I see on mine is that when closing the undocked
window using the windows (not toolbar) close button the window will close
however the Window menu doesn't update its state.
