Follow-up Comment #3, bug #53002 (project octave):
Maybe it would be a good idea to move the "Tabs" shortcut section from the
Editor to the global level. The shortcuts for "Switch to Left Tab", "Switch
to Right Tab", "Move Tab Left", "Move Tab Right" look useful generally.
