Follow-up Comment #10, bug #49510 (project octave):
You can get & install the windows package yourself with a simple
pkg install -forge windows
The bug in OCT should be fixed, but I'm curious as to your answer on my
question in comment #9.
Notably I wonder if you made the spreadsheet with io package < 1.4.1
