Follow-up Comment #12, bug #47974 (project octave): It looks to me that the box is being turned off, but left behind is the axes. The axes aren't noticeable when the box is on. They shouldn't be there. Is this visible = off the property that should control the presence of those axes? They are not individually controlled are they? I.e., either both visible or both not visible? Also, when I run this 'demo polar 1' in Qt graphics toolkit I see no box.
