Follow-up Comment #8, bug #44330 (project octave): Alas, I see the same behavior as reported in comment #7. The initial segfault no longer occurs, but the code sequence still generates a segfault. Adding drawnow() calls in between the figure and reset doesn't help either. I even tried h = figure; drawnow; set (h, '__modified__', 'on'); drawnow; __process_graphics_events__ ; reset (h) but it still segfaults.
