Follow-up Comment #8, bug #40705 (project octave):

I ran it with LLVM_CONFIG=llvm-config3.2 and got the following warning

configure: WARNING: llvm/Support/IRBuilder.h: present but cannot be compiled

Be Compiled"

result

configure: WARNING:     ## ------------------------------------------ ##

I've attached confdebug.log again
