Details:

Even with the most recent version of LLVM available in the Ubuntu repo
(llvm-3.2-dev), I still get the warning: "configure: WARNING: LLVM was not
found or is to old.  JIT compiler is disabled." when running ./configure
I can't find any documentation that lists the required version
